Privacy Policy

Load It Up is a single-player casual game that runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

Information we collect

None. Load It Up has no accounts, no sign-in, and no way to enter personal details. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or any identifier.

Game data stored on your device

Your progress — best runs, Bricks, unlocked house kits, trailers, sceneries and boosters, and your sound, music and haptics settings — is saved locally on your device using the system's standard storage. It never leaves the device, is not sent to us or anyone else, and is not backed by any online account.

No tracking or advertising

The game contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no tracking technologies. Because nothing is collected, nothing is profiled, sold, or shared.

No network use

Load It Up plays fully offline. The only time it opens a web page is when you tap Privacy Policy in Settings, which loads this page in an in-app browser.

Data retention and deletion

Because all data lives only on your device, you are in full control of it. Resetting progress in Settings clears your saved data, and deleting the app removes it entirely.

Children's privacy

Load It Up is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the current policy.
