Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Load It Up, a free, offline casual game for iOS. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Load It Up on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
In-game Bricks and items
Load It Up uses an in-game currency called Bricks, along with unlockable house kits, trailers, sceneries and boosters. These are earned purely by playing. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything outside the game. They may be reset if you clear your progress or delete the app.
Acceptable use
Please don't reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or modify the app; don't attempt to cheat or disrupt how it works; and don't redistribute or resell it. The game is intended for personal use only.
Intellectual property
The game and everything in it — its code, art, audio, and design — belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
No warranty
Load It Up is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Children
Load It Up is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. It has no accounts, no ads, and no real-money purchases.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and continued use of the game means you accept the latest version.
